AI FitPlan, operated by Kostadin Petkov, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or email us at hello@aifitplan.app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Renewals and cancellation
PRO renews monthly. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Processing times
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 3-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free plan
The free tier costs nothing and involves no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time.
